The Summit Mobile Home Park is nestled in the red rock mountains between the San Fernando and Simi Valleys. 
 
Our address is 24425 Woolsey Canyon Road, West Hills, CA 91304
 
A gated community overlooking the west end of the California San Fernando Valley, we have amenities that include tennis courts, swimming pool, jacuzzi and more. 

 

Although it feels like we live in a secluded community, we are just a few minutes from major shopping malls and the joys of city life. 

 

We enjoy the best of both worlds here.

 


Always More to See

 This upscale neighborhood is quiet and free of the bustling throngs of people just below.  Less than 20 minutes to the 101 or 118 freeways It is about 20 minutes from both Pierce College and Cal State Northridge (CSUN)
 
It is restful and beautiful with biking and hiking and trails nearby if you love the outdoors.  
 
This is an active community and there are people who have been here years and others who stay for awhile and then move on so there are always new homes to see.
